Founded in 1966 by Estelle Luciano as Valencia Beauty College, our legacy spans decades of excellence in beauty education. From our humble beginnings in Saugus, California, to our relocation and transformation over the years—becoming Canyon Country Beauty College in 1977, and later, Flair Beauty College under Georgette Niknejad in 2005—each chapter has contributed to shaping the school we are today.

Now, under the ownership of Mary Koontz, we proudly carry forward this rich tradition of beauty education with a fresh vision as Monarch Beauty Academy. Our campus in Valencia, California, is a vibrant hub where creativity, technique, and passion for the beauty industry meet.
